New Rules for ordering items from website 05-07-2010

Because of some recent developments by some Alumni ordering items from the WAL Store I am forced to make some rules applying to purchases from the WAL Alumni Store!

If I send out totals for items you wish to purchase and receive no reply after two tries I will remove you from the website update email list and block your email!  You will not receive website emails or be allowed to purchase any items from the WAL store!  Also the same above applies to Alumni that backorder Aircraft Models and when they arrive and email notices sent to them with the prices and shipping costs never reply back or send payment!

Main reason being I called the distributor after an Alumni wanted to combine shipping on items larger than normal but not Aircraft (shipped normally in large box) and had the distributor make a special trip to the USPS to retrieve these special boxes and never heard from the Alumni ever again after three emails and waiting for two months?

Every dollar made goes for paying the website costs and I will not tolerate this any longer!
